Q: When are the 2020 Festivals happening?
A: The Toronto Total Mom Show is happening May 2nd, 2020 & Simcoe County Total Mom Show is July 11, 2020.
Q: May I purchase tickets at the door?
A: Yes! Tickets will be available at the door but are subject to capacity. If you don’t buy it online, you may be stuck at the door waiting and we cannot ensure you will get in right away. On a tight schedule? Purchase a VIP ticket for a line bypass or buy a general admission ticket just in case they sell out at the door.
Q: Is The Total MomPitch happening during the festival on stage?
No. The Toronto and or Simcoe County Pitches are happening after each respective Festival in the evening. Contact us to apply, attend or learn more details about this entrepreneur competition.

Q: How can I apply to be in the MomPitch competition with my business?
Applications will be live on the website. If they are not yet released please contact us for further details to prepare.
Q: Can anyone enter the FACE FORWARD Beauty Lounge and get pampered?
In 2019 ONLY VIP ticket holders who have purchased a FACE FORWARD ticket can book their appointment through our app and get free treatments from our sponsors. 2020 is TBD. Stand by.
Q: Is The Total Mom Show a Trade Show or something?
A: The Total Mom Show is a festival that has a market within it and is the first event of its kind dedicated just for moms. It is an immersive event experience for moms who are interested in wellness, empowerment, self-help and prenatal and postpartum support. Moms of all ages, new or seasoned can explore & educate themselves on holistic, natural and health-related topics and services through meeting practitioners, listening to speakers, participating in workshops, receiving treatments. Come discover what THE TOTAL MOM SHOW has to offer.
Q. Will there be parking nearby?
Parking is based on first come first serve basis. There is additional parking in the surrounding areas.
Q. Is there an ATM machine on-site?
YES. There will be one inside the venue. Market partners and food vendors, as well as some sponsors, will be accepting credit cards and cash.
Q: Will there be anything to eat?
Yes. TBA vendors.
Q: Can I bring my stroller?
A: Yes you may. You may also wish to wear a carrier of leave your children with care to enjoy all that we have planned for you.
Q: Will there be an area to change and/or feed my baby?
A: Yes! As always we will have a VIP experience for moms to change and relax should they wish to.
Q: Can I attend both day's cities with my ticket?
A: Ticket holders will have access to 1 city per ticket ONLY. Please select the city you are aiming to attend.
Q: Is the show accessible by TTC?
A: Toronto: There is a streetcar right out front of Daniel's Spectrum. Barrie Molson Centre, there is ample parking and local buses and Uber.

Q: What is your refund policy on tickets?
A: Tickets are nonrefundable.travelling to the event in inclement weather please allow plenty of extra time. Tickets not used due to inclement weather, public transit or traffic delays cannot be refunded or exchanged for a future event. The Total Mom Show will proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. Tickets are not refundable but may be transferable. Please inquire.
